The 17th International Congress for Emergency Response Centers, held in Cancún, Mexico, was a fantastic opportunity for IncoreSoft to explore the future of emergency response alongside key industry leaders. Our team, led by VP of Sales Xavier Miota and Business Development Manager Lizeth Chapital, experienced a dynamic exchange of ideas focused on creating safer cities.

The Congress brought to light the vital importance of technology in emergency response," Xavier Miota shared. "Our Smoke & Fire Detection and Smart Tracking System solutions align perfectly with the goals discussed at the event, especially with Mexico’s focus on rapid-response technologies."

Lizeth Chapital emphasized the importance of connecting with partners who share IncoreSoft’s vision of proactive urban security. “The event underscored the demand for advanced Pose Estimation and Smart Tracking technologies. With NENA 911’s support, we gained invaluable insights to tailor our solutions to meet critical safety needs in Mexico and beyond,” she explained.

As IncoreSoft continues to refine its technologies for emergency response centers, the partnerships and ideas from Cancún’s Congress will play a crucial role in driving innovation forward.
